Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Kenosha, Wisconsin, 53144, United States. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our internal and external customers, managing phone calls and emails, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining inventory. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for order management and associated inquiries

• Manage incoming phone calls and emails from clients

• Assist with special projects as necessary

• Facilitate accurate incoming inventory, including item setup validation, purchase orders, and communication with the warehouse

• Maintain and update the client/IMS website as needed

• Generate clear, consistent communication to internal and external team members regarding status and requirements of programs

• Process orders via bulk uploads as well as individual one-off manual orders

• Prioritize orders and/or projects, including prompt expediting of emergency requests

• Collaborate with all Account Management, Client Services, Production, Finance and operations staff

• Maintain and distribute various reports as needed to ensure daily requirements are met.

Requirements • Prior experience of 2 years or more in a customer service role is required.

• Demonstrated skills in customer service and superior customer service.

• Proficiency in data entry tasks.

• Experience with Salesforce.com is desirable.

• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel is necessary.

• Experience in administrative assistance is an advantage.

• Excellent phone etiquette is essential.

• Familiarity with administrative office procedures and systems.
