What You\'ll Do: As our Assistant General Manager/Food & Beverage Manager, you\'ll take on a diverse range of responsibilities, including: Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and adherence to our high standards. Leading and supporting team members, fostering open communication, and building strong, collaborative relationships. Assisting in the development of strategic goals and action plans to optimize productivity and success. Monitoring and driving financial performance, ensuring departmental budgets and net operating income targets are met. Enhancing guest service by providing mentorship and guidance to team members, and proactively addressing any guest concerns. Upholding our commitment to top-tier service and quality. Providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to help team members thrive. Who You Are: A college degree or relevant experience. At least five years of food and beverage, culinary, or related experience. A minimum of three years of management experience (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for motivating and leading teams. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. A willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed to support the team and operations.
