Reporting to the Supervisor, Shipping and Scalehouse, the Scalehouse Clerk is accountable for coordinating and processing all fertilizer and miscellaneous truck traffic. What you will do: Weigh, process, and coordinate the flow of all trucks entering and leaving the Kennewick plant site. Verifying and ensuring Nutrien meets all Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations Communications with the Operations team within the plant, of incoming trucks and dealing with issues as they arise Print the Daily Track Report and Validate against the Master Track List provided by Operations - check for accuracy Management and maintenance of Truck scheduling System, with the responsibility to create and maintain truck schedules in SAP Deal with a diverse group of people, both internally and externally, while maintaining a high level of customer service Perform basic Rail duties - creating inbound and outbound lists, billing railcars in SAP Administrative duties to maintain accurate files; to ensure internal audit controls are met, Scalehouse supplies, equipment, and written procedures Assume additional responsibilities as they arise Be able to work 5/8 schedule with some seasonal overtime including statutory holidays and may include some weekends What you will bring: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent 1+ year of related experience Experience in a customer focused role will be considered an asset Basic understanding of SAP, MS Word, Excel and Access programs would be beneficial Preference will be given to bilinigual candidates Compensation & Benefits: The wage for this role is $23.77 per hour. This wage is estimated for a Clerk, Scalehouse according toWashington's Pay Transparency Law. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
