IT Process Manager – Core Technology Infrastructure

We are seeking an IT Process Manager to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and enhance business efficiency. Job Overview

The IT Process Manager is accountable for the identification, development, management, and improvement of processes supporting strategic objectives within Core Technology Infrastructure. This role ensures that CTI effectively designs, integrates, and improves processes while meeting risk and compliance requirements. The IT Process Manager will collaborate with process owners, risk officers, compliance partners, and CTI leaders to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead assessments of risk and control environments, ensuring adherence to enterprise-wide standards

  • Monitor and test controls, identifying issues and recommending process improvements

  • Implement optimized controls and enhance Quality Assurance practices for business continuity

  • Manage team performance and productivity for quality inspection reviews

  • Ensure data accuracy and governance reporting through dashboard metrics

  • Drive continuous process improvement and streamline CTI operations

  • Assess business functions, define key processes, and address pain points

  • Connect processes to customer and employee requirements

  • Define and implement process controls to mitigate risk

  • Analyze process performance and compliance for stability, capability, and predictability

  • Train and mentor team members on process excellence and risk management

Required Skills and Experience

  • Ten or more years in business or technology, with a focus on Process Management, BPM, Lean, or Six Sigma

  • Strong understanding of Infrastructure Technology functions and processes

  • Working knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or other best practice frameworks. Certification is a plus

  • Strategic thinker with experience in process transformation, risk mitigation, and change management

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to challenge the status quo, build consensus, and drive continuous improvement

  • High attention to detail with a sense of urgency and dependability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification

  • Knowledge of banking technology and process maturity assessments such as CMMI, TIPA, or ISI/IEC 15504

  • Experience with ARIS modeling and process frameworks

  • Passion for innovation, diversity, and continuous learning

Pay Details: $90.00 to $95.00 per hour
