WSP USA Fleet Support Coordinator in Kennesaw, Georgia

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Fleet Support Coordinator for our Kennesaw, GA office. Be involved in projects with our Fleet Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.

The primary function of this role is to provide support to the Fleet Department. This job requires a high energy level with a focus towards critical thinking, administration, organization, reporting, data management and customer service with providing superior communication to both internal and external customers.

Your Impact

  • Supports the Fleet Team Operations Coordinator with fleet tasks relative to day-to-day operations of the fleet vehicles.

  • Work with local operations to ensure all vehicles are properly registered, insured, and safe to drive.

  • Ensures vehicles and drivers are compliant with DOT regulations.

  • Process Vehicle Use Agreements/MVR Authorizations for drivers.

  • Coordinate vehicle/driver requests for projects and corporate offices to resolve any fleet issues.

  • Manage the procurement of new vehicles.

  • Assist in reporting data for approval of new vehicle requests.

  • Manage the transfer or terminations of vehicles.

  • Update project and driver information into the multiple Fleet Management Company (FMC) platforms.

  • Collect and review the daily trip records for accuracy for IRS Compliance

  • Handle all Maintenance, Collision and rental requests through the FMC and project managers.

  • Monitor and Report on Fuel Card issues.

  • Monitor and Report on Violations (Toll/Camera).

  • Assist with fleet telematic data and management.

  • Creates documentation related to processes and procedures within Fleet.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • 3+ years related experiece

  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

  • Must be able to type effectively on keyboard
