Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68300 - $92200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and implementing current and long-term objectives, plans and policies, and budget

• Build and maintain healthy relationships with license partners and maintain brand compliance, as well as rapport with restaurant guests and ensure an enjoyable and memorable experience

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of unit management and oversee supervision of team members and ensure company policy and procedures are followed

• Oversee the recommendation and creation of prices and portions for products and services within the approved profit plan

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding liquor, sanitation, payroll, and employment

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ of multi-unit, full service, food and beverage management experience in a contract environment

• Strong managerial skills having demonstrated initiative, leadership, and team-building skills

• Strong commitment to customer and client service

• Bachelor's degree in business management is strongly preferred
