Our client in Kennebunk is currently seeking an individual with excellent people skills, MS Office, and QuickBooks experience to work as an experienced Office Assistant! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. Apply today!

Pay: $18 per hour

Location: Kennebunk, Maine

Schedule: M-F 8:30a - 5p

What you’ll be doing:

• Typing, formatting, and editing reports and document

• Entering data, purchasing, and cross training with order entry and invoicing

• Copying, scanning, faxing, and emailing documents

• Answering and directing calls

Here’s what you need to apply:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous office experience

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

• MS Office and QuickBooks experience
