Udelhoven Oilfield System Services Office Coordinator in Kenai, Alaska
Office Coordinator Duties:
Particular responsibilities may vary from project to project; however, they essentially include:
- Will develop, prepare, and maintain System Turnover Package(s), both Construction, and Startup Turnover packages as required per project contract.
- Work with office manager and independently to resolve / troubleshoot issues with limited assistance.
- Willing to accept training and constructive coaching in order to excel in job duties.
- Other responsibilities as required.
What You Will Need (minimum qualifications):
Experience:
- 3 years working in a high intensity office environment..
- Valid Driver's License to conduct company business
- General understanding of Microsoft 365 products including Excel.
- Fast learner.
- Ability to be coached, engaged in a positive manner.
- Other responsibilities as required.
