The expected pay range for the Payroll Administrator I in Keaau is $20.00 hourly to $23.10 hourly.

HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii is seeking to hire a Payroll Administrator to carefully and completely process payroll, using the payroll process procedures and the payroll checklist. The Payroll Administrator helps to ensure compliance with quarterly and year-end payroll taxes and processes. The Payroll Administrator is a contributing team player on an HR team and provides general administrative HR support.

The schedule for the Payroll Administrator position:

  • Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility for the start and end time

  • Thi s is NOT a remote position and will be working at our corporate office in Keaau

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degree preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, and Accounting are a plus

  • Two (2) years of related work experience or equivalent

  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to identify processes that can be improved with Artificial Intelligence (AI)

  • Experience using APS or comparable HRIS/HCM desired
