Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.

【業務内容】

主に航空宇宙および防衛産業のお客様に対するセールス、既存顧客のマネジメント業務を行っていただきます。

・担当顧客の満足度を向上させるため、価格、品質、納期全てにおける責任を持った日々の対応。

・情報とデータ、根拠に基づく売上計画・予想の作成。

・担当顧客においての成長戦略の策定。必要なアクションの整理、情報収集、実行。

・戦略製品の知識習得、顧客アプリケーションに対する学習。

・「明るい雰囲気を持って」社内各部署と業務の丁寧なコミュニケーション。

What your background should look like:

【応募資格】

・ 学歴：大卒以上

・ PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須）

・ 普通自動車運転免許（顧客訪問および通勤用途で使用）

【業務経験】

・ BtoBの営業職の経験がある

・ 以下のいずれかの業界経験がある方で、営業または技術・FAE等の経験がある

＜航空宇宙・防衛、機械（自動車、産業機器、電気電子部品、ロボット）、素材（材料、原料）、ハイテク（電機、デバイス、通信、半導体、精密機器）、商社等＞

・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的にプロジェクト推進ができる （明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性）

・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている

・ 仕事に対してのモチベーションを高く持っており、継続的な努力が出来る

・ 英語力がある（読み書き必須）

・電気工学、または機械工学の基礎知識をお持ちの方
