Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Seeking a diligent Machine Operator to join our team in the tissue manufacturing sector. The role involves operating converting machines to transform paper rolls into tissues primarily used in large commercial facilities such as schools, prisons, hospitals, and office buildings. Responsibilities include not only machine operation but also assisting on the production line, rotating tasks every 30 minutes to ensure smooth operation. Candidates will be expected to contribute to various roles if a machine is down and assist with minor maintenance and preventative measures as needed.

Hard Skills

• Strong machine operating experience, preferably in high-speed environments within the paper industry

• Minimum of 2 years of consistent work history

Soft Skills

• Adaptability to different roles as required

• Ability to work collaboratively on a team

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Kaukauna, Wisconsin.
