We are offering an opportunity for a UI Designer to join our retail industry team in Katy, Texas. This role is heavily focused on creating and improving user interfaces, with a significant emphasis on designing visually appealing and easy-to-use interfaces for our customers. This role is based FULLY ONSITE, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that requires adaptability and expertise in digital production tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement user interface solutions for our retail platform, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience

• Utilize tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud for the creation and modification of UI elements

• Adhere and contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines in all design work

• Understand and incorporate web accessibility guidelines (WBCAG) in all designs to ensure our platforms are accessible to all users

• Actively participate in high-speed, high-volume environment, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency

• Leverage skills in web design, typography, and graphic design to enhance the visual appeal and usability of our interfaces

• Mentor new hires, providing guidance and sharing expertise to help develop their UI design skills

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in design across all user interfaces.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI Designer in a retail industry

• Demonstrable experience using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud

• Proficient in UI Design, Web Design, Typography, and Graphic Design

• Extensive knowledge of Accessibility standards and Digital Productions

• Ability to adhere to and implement Brand Guidelines

• Experience in mentoring and guiding new hires
