Job Description:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar experience preferred
Work Experiences:
7+ years of experience in graphic design.
Retail or agency experience preferred
Skills:
Mastery skills in current Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Solid analytical skills with an ability to manage several project types and stakeholders, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment
Provide superior customer service, demonstrating sound logic and judgment
Experience in After effects a plus
Responsibilities:
Lead in the development and execution of an increasingly competitive creative framework - based on brand objectives, the competitive situation, with a deep understanding of key stakeholder needs and expectations across channels
Manage external resources determining which is best to use given project scope and lead them in the concept and production of brand creative while ensuring all work delivered drives the brand forward
Drive cross functional relationships with the brand marketing and category marketing teams to create concepts for key selling time frames and determine which stories will generate the most sales lift
Partner with Art Directors and other creative leadership to craft communications that drives sales
Utilize marketing briefs, data and insights to craft on-target creative that drives sales
Present and sell creative work to stakeholders and provide solutions to feedback
Remain well-informed on popular culture and trends and monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns in contrast to the competitive landscape
Be a thought leader on the brand team; constantly advocating for growing brand loyalty through thoughtful design and brand consistency
Required to learn company policies, procedures and safety rules
Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements & Attendance
Regular attendance required
Ability to work flexible hours such as evening, weekends, and holidays as necessary
Up to 5% travel required
Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
