Job Description:

Education:

  • High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred

Work Experiences:

  • 1-2 years work experience

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels within the organization

  • Discretion and judgement with regard to maintaining confidentially of PHI and other sensitive data

  • Results focused with superb attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through

  • Excellent time management skills, ability to support multiple projects, and effectively manage a large volume of work

  • Proficient us of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

Benefits

  • Provide guidance and educate team members with email and phone inquiries regarding Academy’s benefit offerings as medical, dental, vision, basic/voluntary life and AD&D, PTO etc.

  • Review and approve Compass Tasks for benefit changes and updates

  • Process Qualified Medical Child Support Orders

Compensation

  • Participate in annual salary surveys and benchmarking

  • Owner of clawback process

  • Monthly bonus plan updates in Compass

  • Payroll reconciliations

  • Invoice processing

  • Ownership of weekly department meeting

  • Back up to Relocation Specialist

  • Provides clerical assistance for the compensation, relocation and benefits departments as needed

  • Assist benefits, compensation and relocation with tasks and special projects as needed

Physical Requirements & Attendance

  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties

  • Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior

  • Onsite attendance required
