Join our team as * “Technical Product Owner” * from our office in Katowice, Poland, or any of our other Siemens locations within Poland. You will work in a mix between working remotely from home and meet with the team in the office. 

As Technical Product Owner , you will participate in developing breakthrough Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software, which is used by our customers to create a variety of amazing products, from smartphones to satellite systems. We believe in Agile development, so our teams are expected to be self-sufficient and perform without the classical management structure. Furthermore, these teams foster culture that allows everyone to express their views, be a contributor, and grow as a professional. 

You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by

  • Support Product Manager in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication.

  • Closely collaborate with Product Manager in making product-related decisions and prioritizing features based on business value.

  • Work with Product Management on defining the product roadmap.

  • Gather and analyze detailed business requirements, create documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans.

  • Work towards ensuring the final product meets high standards and satisfies client expectations.

  • Concentrate on detailed execution, sprint monitoring, and requirements clarification.

  • Work with Product Managers to translate epics to actionable user stories.

  • Manage multiple team backlogs, making sure team priorities are aligned with the product roadmap.

Expected Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Owners or Business Analysts roles.

  • Strong analytical abilities to assess data, market trends, and business needs.

  • Technical analysis, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential.

  • Understanding basic technical concepts related to software development.

Also, it would be nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, cloud-based products.

  • Understanding Electronic Design domain
