Your Job:
Responsible for compensation programs and policies such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, annual compensation processes including salary increases, annual compensation processes, salary surveys and market pricing ensuring programs meet budgetary requirements and related legislation for India.
Reviews and implements compensation programs and policies such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, annual compensation processes including salary increases, annual compensation processes, salary surveys and market pricing ensuring programs meet budgetary requirements and related legislation.
Reviews market data in order to determine company’s competitive position in employee benefits and develops proposals related as needed ensuring programs attract and retain talent and supports corporate financial goals.
Supports Global Compensation and other specialized areas of compensation
Works and collaborates other projects and/or assignments as needed
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in market surveys for annual salary benchmarking.
Review proposed salary offer proposals and compensation change requests for conformance to established guidelines.
Review and update of the company’s compensation programs and policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Review and update of salary ranges, in-hire rates and other compensation programs to be competitive with market.
Support roll-out of annual compensation planning and other global compensation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. Specialization in Compensation would be an advantage.
4 – 6 years of related experience in Human Resources, preferably in Compensation. Compensation experience in high-tech industry would be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Meticulous with problem solving skills.
Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to network with internal & external personnel in area of expertise.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
