Introduction:

Program Phoenix is a multi-year initiative that has been established to create a real-time enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. The Program will involve a green field implementation of S/4 HANA, PLM Team Center and CRM MS-Dynamics across five releases.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) architect to lead and contribute to the Manufacturing and Planning Stream of an end-to-end greenfield S4 HANA Implementation.

Your Job :

  • Lead the effort to design, build, configure applications and integration of systems acting as a primary point of contact for the Manufacturing and Planning team and related SAP PP modules.

  • Review the functional specifications, data conversion, integration specifications related to the Planning/Production processes.

  • Provide thought Leadership, SAP Best Practices and Subject Matter Expertise in SAP PP areas.

  • Provide direction on the resolution of issues in design of PP E2E processes or technical integration.

  • Experience in working with other planning tools like Kinnaxis is an advantage.

  • Guide the project team during all phases of the implementation to ensure successful go-live and upskilling of the GFIT Solution delivery team.

  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture, software partners and business teams to develop the PP Roadmap during implementation and post go-live.

  • Contribute to the architecture, enhancements, upgrades, maintenance of the PP related systems post go-live.

  • Leverage prior experience to actively identify and address risks, issues in the SAP Solution Architecture.

  • Mentor, develop and empower the Quality team focused on the SAP PP module.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Overall experience of 7-10 years and Lead Solution Architect in PP role for at least 3-4 full life-cycle SAP S4 implementations in an MNC including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over and post go-live support).

  • In depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Production Planning (PP) including configuration, customization, and integration.

  • Must have strong knowledge on SAP PP related processes and functionality including the PP master data, planning, MES integration and MRP.

  • Strong knowledge on the extended Planning/MRP/Production/Logistics processing and integration with finance and costing is a must.

  • Must have thorough knowledge on Production execution related processes and functionality including PP master data, long and short-term planning, demand Management, MRP, shop floor control with the additional knowledge of special process such as subcontracting, external manufacturing, engineering change management, batch/lot management and make to order scenarios.

  • Some experience in defining processes and solution to integrate with upstream and downstream external manufacturing partners.

  • Implementation experience in the Hi-Tech / Semiconductor or discrete Manufacturing would be an added advantage.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Design, implementation experience in one or more of the following areas SAP Ariba, SAP MDG, SAP Signavio, and SAP IBP would be advantageous.

  • Demonstrate leadership in general ability to identify priorities, ability to lead complex topics on a global basis and convince others.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones.

  • Experience in working with Agile or similar project management methodologies.

  • Flexible to work across global time zones with onshore and offshore internal and partner teams.
