Responsibilities:
Manage IT projects including Infrastructure upgrades, migrations, process improvements, service management projects, including incidents, change and problem management and change management.
Lead technical teams, including system administrators, network engineers, and database administrators.
Work with cross functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and execute project plan and regular status reporting for leadership.
Implement ITIL best practices.
Learns and adopts team culture
Actively seeks feedback and applies learnings
Ensures all systems of record for project reporting are kept current, and directs and monitors work efforts on a regular basis
Identifies and tracks key project milestones
Ensures effective change control procedures and processes are efficiently used to maintain control on scope and schedule
Drive Control Action Plans for the portfolio and ensure Operational Risk Events are investigated in time while adhering to compliance standards
Work on process improvements for the portfolio to increase operational efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
Good attitude, communication, willingness to learn and collaborate.
Hands on knowledge of ITSM tools (Service now or other Incident Management Tools)
Working knowledge ITIL process.
Experience with Jira or Rally
Experience working on an Agile or SAFe environment is a plus
Experience on Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
