Introduction:

The Technology Enablement Team within GF is looking for a talented and motivated student to work in the area of RF circuit design as an intern.

Your Job

• RF circuit design fundamentals. Example circuits include RF switches, LNAs, PA, VCO, Mixer etc.,

• Hands on experience with Cadence schematic and layout editors

• MOS device operation

• Some scripting background – MATLAB, Python, Perl etc.,

Required Qualifications

• M.S/M.Tech/PhD with Good academic record from 2023/ 2024

Preferred Qualification:

• Self-motivated and Excellent team player
