What part will you play?

In your capacity as a DevOps Engineer for OT/IT Data Integration, you will be at the forefront of merging the realms of operational technology and information technology through advanced DevOps practices. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing efficiency, reliability, and scalability within our digital infrastructure, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• You will ensure the setup and maintenance of an efficient and future-proof infrastructure which enables software development teams to deliver at speed, with high quality, high reliability, and reusing components wherever possible

• You will work on templates, adapt them where needed towards your project needs, always with the focus to reach new levels of productivity using CI/CD

• We are looking forward to your contribution in regard to best practices to enable our internal and external partners and to develop world class solutions based on our portfolio

• Keeping the dots together, shape an inner-source community, and automate whatever is possible are other important tasks

• You proficiently communicate and coordinate with other internal and external organizations and departments

What you need to make real what matters.

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

• You possess3 years experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong background in technical domains.

• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and Kubernetes is essential.

• You are proficient in creating Infrastructure as Code templates using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Crossplane, etc.

• Familiarity with cloud services providers such as AWS, Azure, etc., is required.

• You have a solid understanding of Visual Studio Code, Gitlab, Azure DevOps, Docker, and similar technologies.

• Previous experience as a full-stack software engineer, particularly with languages like Typescript or Java, is beneficial.

• You are accustomed to sharing your knowledge and experiences within the organization.

• Direct customer engagement and the development of scalable solutions is a strength of yours.

• You are a dependable team member who values collaboration and support.

• Fluency in German and English is required
