Job Title: Landscapers

Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including planting, trimming, and general maintenance of gardens and lawns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement landscape plans for residential and commercial properties.

• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns.

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.

• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and watering.

• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments to enhance plant health.

• Install and maintain irrigation systems.

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of work areas.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.

• Provide recommendations for plant selection and landscape design.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping or a related field.

• Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscape design.

• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment.

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
