Looking to hire a Kronos SME to support their highly visible UKG Kronos migration/implementation of Advanced Scheduler. Candidates must have the following experience:

•Managed configurations and training for implementation of Kronos WFC migration entitlements: Timekeeping, Scheduling, ATK, and Accruals transforming from on premises to Cloud-based environments 8.1.6.

• Leader in processing and managing user support tickets via the ServiceNow ticketing system and

guide.

• Collaborating and working in partnership with cross-functional business partners, and stakeholders to ensure project initiatives, goals, and objectives were aligned with the statement of work for the projects.

• Supported the development of the healthcare Kronos applications including training, system configuration, and the development of reports for analyzing schedules and payroll.

• Led Trainer of UKG/Kronos end-user functional and support training and created via e-learning Cornerstone LMS system.

• Contributed to the development and implementation of a Knowledge Management strategy of Workforce Dimensions, while completing multiple training classes and sessions.

High communication abilities, healthcare experience, and leadership is preferred. client is implementing the UKG Dimensions suite of applications and kicks off the project starting in December/January. They are migrating from Kronos Workforce Central Time and Attendance to UKG Dimensions Time and Attendance, and from Optilink Scheduling and Acuity to Dimensions Advanced Scheduling with Extensions (Acuity). We are hiring a full-time IS Analyst III to support UKG Advanced Scheduling both for the project and long term. Qualified candidates will have in depth knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central Advanced Scheduling, Pay Rules, Security, and Accruals, and experience with the Dimensions platform. Experience with the Acuity module, Dell BOOMI, and interface builds are a plus. This position serves as liaison between Information Systems and user departments to determine how best to support them through the effective use of technology. Designs, implements, upgrades and maintains software systems with a high degree of complexity. Facilitates process improvements. Coordinates custom programming, change management, and system optimization. Provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts. Establishes full ownership of assigned applications and special projects under the supervision of Applications Manager.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.57 - $75.00/hr.
