Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum Master will be working with 3 Pods (Scrum Teams) consisting of 5 offshore developers, 1 team lead, 1 Business Analyst, 2 QAs, a lead QA, Product Owner and Product Manager . This is an existing program to develop a web based application with 14 modules. It also consists of an upgrade and redesign. Sprints are two weeks with quarterly deliverables. The team uses Azure DevOps for documentation and artifact tracking.

The Scrum Master will be responsible for setting targets, holding people accountable, managing change control, running stand ups, and overall driving their projects.

• Well organized

• Driver/go getter/proactive

• Attention to detail

• Experience managing change control

• Experience running 3 or more scrum teams

• Experience working with stakeholders

• Must work on site 4 days a week null
