Can you edit and proofread like a pro? We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist with managing print based projects and mailers for a growing company in Kansas City, MO. This role is 100% on-site, provides excellent benefits and growth opportunities and is looking for a hard-working and organized administrative professional to join their marketing team! salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8:15 AM - 4:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Understand and manage concept and projections of ad campaigns

  • Proofread, edit copy and art to ensure accuracy and client specifications are met

  • Adhere to strict deadlines and manage approval process through management and the communications department

  • Update production checklists daily and work well within tight deadlines

  • Manage vendor fulfillment and coordinate communications to other internal departments

  • Create and update tracking and informational spreadsheets

  • Review data, imaging, insertion, embedded links and intructions to ensure proper set-up and processes are in place for ad campaigns

  • update checklists, track and manage file live samplings of mailings
