Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician

Location: Kansas City, MO

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $25.00/hour | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity (Moves up to 29.00 neg once go perm)

What You’ll Do:

• Keep the Wheels Turning: Install and maintain production machines and facility equipment to ensure everything runs without a hitch.

• Be the Hero in a Pinch: Respond quickly to emergency repairs during production and handle scheduled maintenance to keep downtime at bay.

• Show Off Your Skills: Use your expertise in mechanics, electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

• Stay Ahead of the Game: Perform regular preventive maintenance and stay proactive in keeping our operations efficient.

• Tools of the Trade: Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, making sure to adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma/GED or 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency with hand tools and experience operating both light and heavy equipment.

• A strong ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• A self-motivated attitude with a knack for independent work.

• A team player mindset with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
