JOB SUMMARY
The E-Commerce Operations Specialist is responsible for managing E-Commerce division operations functions, including: reporting for Supplier Performance Management, Budgeting and E-Commerce accounting activities, such as: Payable invoices posting, Inventory checks and month-end closing and accruals, Account reconciliation and reporting , Weekly and monthly reporting on credit card disputes and returns
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reconcile the order process in the Ecommerce Software, making sure the transactions correspond and reconcile in the accounting system, POs, and invoices.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure invoices are received and paid, while being accurate and on time.
Reconcile order detail and freight reports between the E-commerce Software and the Accounting software to avoid any missing information or possible discrepancies.
Be the liaison between the E-Commerce, Accounts Payable, Accounting, and Suppliers to work on the implementation of efficient processes and Ecommerce techniques
Collaborate with Website Merchandising team and Procurement Department to resolve possible existing discrepancies in costs.
Assist the Director of eCommerce Operations with reporting for inventory management, planning and demanding and the receiving process in Apria’s in-house distribution warehouses.
Assist the Director of eCommerce Operations with reporting for Supplier Performance Management such as manage customer back orders, fulfillment rates, timely RMAs to deliver improved customer experience. Recommend process changes to increase fulfillment rates.
Process and satisfy all customer support-related activities, including:
Reconcile credit memos in ecommerce software and accounting system
Internal coordination with the Ecommerce customer experience team and according to the specific customer care needs
Process refunds in E-commerce Software system in a timely manner
Evaluate order transactions, declines, chargebacks and refund rates looking for trends and anomalies within gateway processor interface and reporting.
Other related analysis/reporting and budgeting tasks as requested by management.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience
Associate degree or equivalent practical experience
Accounting experience: 5 to 7 years
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, can easily and quickly manipulate data)
Basic experience with Microsoft Access (can import/export data and create queries)

- English (reading, writing, verbal)
Mathematical Skills
- College level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
