Job Description:

Reyna Hotel Corporation is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at various hotel properties to include the Best Western Worlds of Fun, Extended Stay Kansas City, and EconoLodge Downtown North Kansas City. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service from check-in through check-out. Your friendly demeanor, organizational skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and room features.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Maintain an organized front desk area and lobby.
• Process payments and maintain guest records.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed.
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding guest privacy and security.
• Attend to special requests and VIP guests with personalized attention.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel software (e.g., Choice Advantage, Auto Clerk, etc.)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
