Job Title: EBS Oracle Tech Consultant/Developer

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Range: $40-45/hr DOE

Duration: Contract to hire

Job Summary:

  • This job requires in-depth knowledge around payroll and will work on a lot of projects and invoicing in Oracle

  • They have many different Payroll modules, and all are in Oracle. Need hands *on Oracle experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic implementation and ongoing management of Oracle eBusiness Suite, ensuring alignment with the company's IT strategy and business objectives.

  • Cultivate a culture of responsibility and ownership consistent with our ethos as an employee-owned company.

Technical Leadership and Solution Design

  • Lead the technical design, configuration, and optimization of systems, collaborating with stakeholders to implement solution enhancements that meet broad organizational needs.

  • Foster inclusive solution design processes, valuing inputs from all organizational levels.

Operational Excellence and Quality Assurance

  • Conduct comprehensive unit testing, considering system integration and data dependencies.

  • Ensure code readiness for deployment and maintain clear, transparent deployment instructions.

  • Uphold and enforce best practices and established development methodologies.

  • Maintain open communication regarding development statuses and challenges to ensure team cohesion and collective accountability.

Tech stack

  • Oracle EBS, E business suite. SQL, PLSQL. If they worked in EBS environment, they will know.
