Bartender

Department: Management - Multifamily - KC

Location: Kansas City , MO

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the holiday season at our exciting Holiday Pop-Up Bar. Responsibilities include serving holiday-themed beverages, providing top notch customer service, and creating a friendly, festive atmosphere for our guests. Experience in bar or hospitality industry preferred. Must have a passion for the holiday season and a knack for spreading holiday cheer.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role

• Knowledge of mixing and serving drinks

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and cleanliness

• Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Be the expert of all bar offerings and locations throughout the space

• Be able to build cocktails according to recipe and batch cocktails as necessary

• You will be responsible for all beverages, including knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails

• Restock all bars and storage locations to ensure all beverages are held at an appropriate temperature and are ready for service

• Set up and break down bars according to internal SOP and health department guidelines

• Retrieve, wash and polish glassware

• Clean and store all bar tools in appropriate locations

Schedule:

This is a part-time, seasonal position with evening and weekend shifts required. Availability on Christmas Eve is also necessary.
