Job Title: Architectural Designer
Job Description
• Engage in architectural design, design development, and documentation.
• Review developer’s architectural documents to ensure compliance with contractual design standards.
• Complete feasibility and concept studies.
• Assist with master planning efforts.
• Provide construction administration services, overseeing project completion.
• Develop As-Built drawing sets for client delivery.
• Create digital renderings and 3D models.
• Take on leadership roles such as project manager and/or job captain if sufficiently experienced.
• Maintain relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and the construction team; answer questions and provide solutions.
• Assist with creating client presentations and interviews.
