Responsibilities You will routes parts to vendors from individual mechanics, expedites the movement of priority items to insure the timely repairs to meet management plan and goals. You will receive materials, parts, components and assemblies undergoing test, repair, rework or replacement to meet and coordinate end item repairs and deliveries to customers. You will dispatch and sub-route material between vendors and shops for assembly of finished product. You will receive, store, identify, order and issue automotive parts, accessories, tools, and other related items, critical to the maintenance and repair of motor pool vehicles. You will serve as purchasing agent for items stocked or procured to service, maintain and repair motor pool vehicles Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying.
