Description and Requirements

Solution Development Groupは神奈川県横浜市で活動しており、NECPCが販売するパーソナルコンピュータ製品に搭載するソフトウェアソリューションおよびその実現に要する要素技術の開発をおこなっています。

■Roles and responsibilities

?PC製品に搭載する新規ソリューションを実現するための要素技術開発

• 最新技術を調査する。

• 新技術・アルゴリズムの開発をおこなうためのPoCを計画および実行する。

• 開発状況を関係チームや他部門、ステークホルダーへ適宜共有する。

?PC製品に搭載する新規ソリューションの製品開発

• クロスファンクショナルチームで製品の詳細仕様を検討し決定する。

• 社内および社外のメンバーとともに製品の設計・開発をおこなう。

• 製品のライフサイクル全体において発生した問題の調査

• NECPCのR&Dメンバー

• 開発協力会社

• NECPCの各機能からのステークホルダー(企画、調達、製造、サービス＆サポートなど）

• ODM（相手先ブランドによる設計製造会社）

• 外部ソフトウェアベンダー

■Must Have – essential

• Programming skills (C++, C#, Python)

• Project Management skills

• Communication skill

• Negotiation skill

• Language skill (English, TOEIC 600 score or more)

■Good to have - desirable

• Database, Data analysis, Deep Learning, Large language model, Windows Driver

• Leadership

• Ownership

• Language skill (English, TOEIC 700 score or more)
