Kuehne+Nagel Road Logistics Financial Administrator in Kampenhout, Belgium

We are looking for a financial administrator to join our team in Kampenhout, Belgium.

Your Role

Our International Road department, located in Kampenhout, is the Belgian hub for KN’s international road transport network. As a financial administrator you are responsible to support the business with handling all received and outgoing invoices and other various other financial tasks.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle and book all received supplier invoices;

  • Draft and send customer invoices;

  • Processing of financial and accounting data in our financial system;

  • Monthly financial reporting;

  • Resolve any complaints that might occur, including complaint resolution in direct contact with the customer;

  • Management of Suppliers;

  • Create standard operation procedures and work instructions for financial shared service center employees (SSC);

  • Manage performance of SSC staff.

Your Skills and Experiences

Within Kuehne + Nagel, we do everything to meet our customers’ expectations. You and the rest of the Kuehne + Nagel team ensure a professional image towards our suppliers and customers.

  • Degree in accounting or equivalent by experience;

  • Open for starters;

  • Good IT and MS Office knowledge;

  • Analytical mindset;

  • Proactive, Independent worker and solution oriented;

  • Language skills – Dutch and English. French is considered an asset.
