You’ll have the opportunity to work with a supportive team, help clients with a range of services, and collaborate across various departments to make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, building lasting relationships and delivering personalized banking experiences.
Promote and service a variety of banking products, guiding clients through different options in-person, over the phone, and via email.
Work alongside an amazing team, including Customer Experience Specialists, Tellers, ITM Tellers, and Personal Bankers, to create an all-star customer experience.
Assist clients in identifying services they may need and refer them to the right departments or team members.
Support various bank departments, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service.

What You Bring to the Table:

At least one year of customer service experience (banking experience is a plus!).
A basic understanding of accounting and the ability to use a personal computer and 10-key.
Self-directed with strong attention to detail.
Must be bondable (a background check is required).
Flexibility to provide backup support to the Retail Team based on current needs.
