Please consider our job as a nurse to do intakes, client visits, med sets and help to oversee the care we provide for our growing group of clients in Kalispell and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an LPN or RN to join our team; flexible as needed with a potential to grow towards more hours. Currently 5 to 10 hours per week are available. We provide care for clients of all ages and a wide range of diagnoses and abilities.Tasks will include but are not limited to private duty nursing, bowel care, intakes, client visits, case management, and medication setups.Case Management involves managing complex chronic referrals: evaluating referrals, creating plans of care, assisting in transitions from hospital to home, and assisting referrals maintain optimum health and wellness.May require some local travel depending on assignment.
