As an Operations and Administration Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' machinery and systems by providing on-site solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities: As a Mobile Sales and Service Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. On-Site Service: Responding to emergency service calls and performing on-site hose replacements to minimize downtime for our clients.
2. Custom Hose Assemblies: Utilizing your technical expertise to create custom hose assemblies tailored to our clients' specific requirements.
3. Preventative Maintenance: Conducting scheduled maintenance visits to identify and address potential hose issues before they cause operational disruptions.
4. Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, offering technical advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Inventory Management: Managing and restocking your service vehicle with necessary equipment, hoses, and fittings.
6. Developing customer accounts and sales leads.

Qualifications: To excel as a Mobile Sales and Service Technician at Pirtek, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, on-call environment

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment and hoses

• The ability to be on-call 24/7

• Military and First Responder preference given.
