Associate Engineering Technician Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan (3rd Shift 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to engineers and scientists on various technical tasks.
• Testing products to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
• Preparing technical reports and documentation to capture test results and findings.
• Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting test equipment and instruments.
• Conducting data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support engineering decisions.
• Maintaining accurate records of test procedures, results, and observations.
• Assisting in developing and improving test procedures and protocols.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality assurance.
• Identifying and reporting any product performance issues or inconsistencies.
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulatory requirements during testing.

*Qualifications: *

• Associate degree in engineering, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret technical data and documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with testing procedures and equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with engineering documentation and reporting is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, or software testing methodologies is a plus.
