Requirements - Valid welding certification from an accredited institution - Minimum 3 years of experience in a welding role - Proficient in TIG, MIG, and stick welding techniques - Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices - Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints - Manual dexterity and good physical stamina - Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
