Robert Half Full Charge Bookkeeper in Jupiter, Florida
Description We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team located in Jupiter, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. You will be part of a dynamic industry, where your skills in Microsoft Excel, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) will be put to good use.
Responsibilities:
• Handle and record all vendor invoices and payments to ensure the smooth running of all financial transactions.
• Oversee customer invoicing and monitor the receipt of payments in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts for the purpose of maintaining accurate financial records.
• Facilitate month-end closing procedures to guarantee accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare necessary journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Utilize ADP Payroll to process payroll accurately and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and address any payroll-related inquiries.
• Generate and distribute client invoices accurately and promptly.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to maintain steady cash flow.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing and financial inquiries, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present financial reports for external CPA review and collaborate with the CPA to ensure compliance and accuracy. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding and experience with Accounting Functions
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficient in using Quickbooks Online
• Experience with Billing Collection and Invoice Entry
• Ability to manage Outstanding Invoices and Bill Payment
• Knowledge of ADP - Payroll
• Experience with Credit Card Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliations
• Familiarity with Inventory Tracking
• Experience in Tax Preparation
• Knowledge in Salesforce Marketing
• Understanding of Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets
• Ability to manage Month End Close
• Experience in Full Charge Bookkeeping.
