Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a Medical Office in Jupiter, Florida. This Check Out Receptionist will be responsible for checking patients out, confirming patient demographics are the same as their last visit, run insurance, collect copays and explain patient balances for payment. This office is extremely high volume, and the Receptionist could expect to receive between 200-300 calls per day. The Receptionist would use eClinicalWorks and previous experience with this software would be extremely beneficial.

Skills and Requirements

-6 months - 1 year of medical office experience

-Comfortable answering 200-300 phone calls per day

-Previous background within pain management or seeking a position within this area of practice

-Open to traveling 20 miles to other practice locations in Stuart and West Palm Beach (mileage will be paid) emergencies only

 Mileage to Stuart will be paid

-Vaccinated against COVID (medical or religious exemptions accepted) -Background using eClinicalWorks

-Prior experience a MA null
