.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Process Improvement Professional plays a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR policies, processes, and procedures to boost efficiency and effectiveness for employees. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to document policies, define roles and responsibilities, and map out end-to-end processes. Through proactive identification of bottlenecks and inefficiencies, the role is focused on enhancing workflows while maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational policies, all with a strong emphasis on improving the employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Documentation and Gap Analysis : Create detailed policy and process documentation, conducting gap analyses for the LATAM region to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Prioritization and Standardization : Collaborate with HR stakeholders to prioritize the documentation and standardization of approximately 200 processes across the HR taxonomy.

  • Process Ownership : Establish clear ownership for each process, ensuring cross-functional collaboration with regional teams to assess, improve, and document policies and workflows.

  • Process Innovation : Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI within HR processes, integrating solutions into the HR AI Roadmap and streamlining operations.

  • Employee-Centric Enhancements : Design solutions that enhance the employee experience, ensuring engagement, satisfaction, and productivity are prioritized throughout the process improvement initiatives.

  • Global Alignment : Ensure global scalability of processes, implementing solutions that minimize regional variance unless legally required.

  • Governance and Compliance : Implement a governance framework to regularly assess processes, ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and conduct audits as needed.

  • Metrics and Data Analysis : Measure the impact of process improvements on key performance indicators, using data to identify further areas for optimization and adjustment.

  • Training and Support : Provide training and support to teams on new or revised processes, ensuring smooth adoption and ongoing engagement.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Kaizen to identify and implement enhancements effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and metrics, driving further process improvements.

  • Excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively convey HR process changes to stakeholders.

  • Proficient in managing change, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth transitions in HR processes.

  • Thoroughness in conducting audits and ensuring ongoing compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Problem-solving skills to address HR process concerns, with the ability to invite and integrate feedback from stakeholders.

  • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to assess workflows and develop targeted solutions.

  • Strong focus on improving the employee experience, understanding how process changes can boost engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.

  • Open to new ways of working with a growth mindset, and experienced in bringing diverse teams together.
