Hybrid Role- work onsite 2 days a week in Juncos, PR

Our Account Operations Manager is accountable for:

• The successful day to day management of a vibrant and varied Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program within KellyOCG Puerto Rico. This is a critical role in the success of our program and requires a blend of operational expertise, HR experience, and project management skills to drive strategic projects and enhance our service delivery.

• With strong people management skills, the Operations Manager is responsible for driving effective results both internally within KellyOCG and externally with our customer. This role interfaces with stakeholders of all levels and the successful Operations Manager will be experienced in both communication and negotiation skills. Given the high profile nature of this role, there is an expectation for the Operations Manager to spend considerable time on site with the client.

• Leadership & Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. Develop and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on operational performance, and strategic initiatives.

• Operational Excellence: Drive design and process improvements. Maintain and review operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Project Management: Lead and deliver strategic projects through to completion, ensuring objectives are successfully met. Excellent time management skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals and client needs.

• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term strategies to drive business growth and operational improvements. Identify and assess new opportunities for enhancing service offerings and expanding client relationships.

Seeking 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar environment.
