Description

Litigation attorney needed to work with a friendly law practice located in the west suburbs of Chicago. The attorney will handle matters related to family law and estate planning issues.

Some Responsibilities Include:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in Family Law matters

• Assist clients with Estate Planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents

• Use LexisNexis and other legal software to research legal issues and prepare legal documents

• Prepare and deliver briefings to clients, colleagues, and the court

• Handle complaints, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner

•.Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients

Manage and supervise junior attorneys and support staff
