• Plan and implement test systems as needed for new product introductions

• Support, maintain, and improve/re-design test systems throughout the factory

• Maintain factory uptime through day-to-day problem solving, with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks autonomously

• Drive internal and external quality improvements using root cause analysis and countermeasures

• Advise design engineering of existing production capabilities, equipment, facilities, and standard practices to contribute to the development of new designs

• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical I/O communication boards for various stations

• Coordinate design changes for existing stations as per product requirements

• Validate test stations using software and hardware

• Provide technical assistances for hardware and software debugging

• Review test results and analyze test data from database and improve yields

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution

• 5+ years of related experience engineering experience

• Good understanding of analog and digital based circuitry and ability to read schematics

• Ability to programing in LabView/Teststand, C#, Matlab, C++, Java, etc.

• Root cause analysis using various Problem-Solving methodologies

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work and delivering results

• Comfortable working problems of moderate scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors

• Experience working in a metric/goal-driven environment

• Hands-on approach/experience with manufacturing processes preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effectively able to present information and respond to feedback at any level within the global organization.
