Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for a QPE Insights Analyst. As the QPE Insights Analyst, you will be accountable to ensure all data needs, KPIs and reporting related matters within QPE's sphere of influence are properly defined, maintained, executed and under control following the set criteria established by the Process Owner and subsequently presented and translated into meaningful data sets and KPIs to the various stakeholders defined.

The Insights Analyst will be responsible for partnering with QPE functional owners to produce data analytics that support Corteva IT projects and initiatives. This individual will work with the functional owner and compliance lead to design the reporting structure (framework/processes/tools). He/she will be responsible for publishing periodic reports and KPIs including the IT financial reporting, PMO dashboards and VPM dashboards.

Primary Responsibilities - How will you help us Grow!

• Provide insights and analysis for business decision making regarding quality, portfolio management, vendor management, and organizational change management to produce scorecards and reporting that aid in business decision making.

• First level analysis and interpretation of IT metrics, and KPIs, summarizing findings by process area on current status versus trends and highlighting areas for improvements or where problems occur.

• Support strategic initiatives through data and reports to drive optimization of work processes and utilization of enterprise tools.

• Designs and leads the framework of Process data requirements and related KPIs for the defined processes in scope as required by QPE team. Lead and document requirement sessions with functional and process owners and provide status updates.

• Administrative access and management of strategic portfolio management module - account creation, management, widget and dashboard designs, etc.

• Strong business intelligence skills to bring multiple data sources together to create business level views for strategic decision making.

• Ownership of set up and publishing of metrics and KPIs.

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the IT Balanced scorecards and other scorecard efforts used to measure IT effectiveness.

• Reconciles and ensures data accuracy across multiple systems and environments.

• Accountable to run, document and publish all data related dashboards and KPIs.

• Act as main point of contact for any reporting and data need for the QPE organization.

• Support and provide meaningful reports and data to QPE functions and defined stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Coordinates and partners with quality team on data points, and information needed for metrics and reporting relevant to the services provided.

• Development and maintenance of financial reporting from SAP systems needed for the Portfolio financial management team.

Qualifications

What expertise have you grown - What do you bring to the table?

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of related experience in first level analysis and interpretation of IT metrics, and KPIs.

• Proven experience in business intelligence skills and tool sets.

• Strong knowledge of Strategic Portfolio Management principles and tools.

• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.

• Excellent data analysis and visualization skills.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).

• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.

• Certification in ServiceNow, Power BI, or related fields.
