Our client is seeking a Glassware Sanitation Technician to join their team. As a Glassware Sanitation Technician, you will be part of the Central Services Department supporting laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Glassware Sanitation Technician

Pay Range: $22.15/hour

What’s the Job?

• Provide clean, sterile glassware and supplies to labs, ensuring designated supplies including sterile water are readily available.

• Coordinate equipment service and repair as needed, and communicate effectively with team members and labs regarding maintenance issues.

• Maintain accurate lab documentation including glassware labeling and service records.

• Ensure a safe working environment by decontaminating biohazard waste and following safety protocols.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required; Technical Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Ability to read and interpret instructions and carry out tasks independently.

• Capacity to lift and move up to 50 lbs. of weight, with repetitive use of wrists, hands, and fingers.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

• Familiarity with laboratory practices, sterile techniques, and safety regulations.
