Responsibilities

• Edit programs, set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision metal and plastic components.

• Read and interpret technical drawing and work orders to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Inspect in-process and finished parts for adherence to tolerances, and adjust offsets / replace tooling as needed to ensure all specifications are met

• Maintain accurate records of production, including in-process inspection and machine maintenance logs.

• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure that all machinery is properly maintained.

• Collaborate with other members of the team to improve production processes and reduce waste.
