Overview
As a Mid-weight multimedia designer working in precision marketing, you will be responsible for the creation and rollout of high-quality multimedia design work for social and digital platforms, with an emphasis on digital/social best practice. You will be required to oversee all creative aspects of projects from brief to delivery with efficiency and precision.
Responsibilities
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
C reative Execution
• Design digitally led creative, utilizing multimedia design skillset and creative best practicewith an excellent technical understanding of output requirements.
• Manage and organise a multitude of digital assets across a variety of platforms.
• Work methodically and according to brief and brand specification.
• Comprehend and break down brief requirements and timeously communicate any potential issues that may arise.
• Create presentation decks to showcase work.
• Collect and file artwork work correctly for archiving and sharing.
• Accurately capture time against completed briefs.
Business skills
• Good inter-personal skills and a passion for creating high quality content.
• Passion for detail and implementing CI guidelines, with the ability and agility to switch between multiple brands.
• Ability to execute quickly and effectively; especially in response to trending topics.
• Strong time management and self-management skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
Qualifications
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic/Art/Advertising/Design.
• 4+ years of experience with digital design practice in an agency environment.
• Proven experience in social and digital design on large scale multinational brands, lifestyle brands and/or FMCG brands.
• Have an existing up to date online portfolio or showreel to demonstrate abilities.
• Proven expertise in delivering through-the-line campaigns, with hands-on experience in production management and end-to-end execution.
• Solid experience in Digital campaign delivery across a variety of digital channels and platforms.
• Strong organisational skills, with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
• Clear, effective communication skills at all levels, with the ability to convey ideas and expectations in a collaborative environment.
• Strong multi-tasker, managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring flawless execution across all fronts.
• Self-driven and autonomous, managing time effectively and meeting tight deadlines in high-pressure environments.

Must have a working knowledge of the following platforms and tools:
• Adobe creative suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects.
• Microsoft Office Suite
• An understanding of Figma is advantageous

• Apple Mac and Apple OS
• Must be well versed in various social media platforms and the changing landscape.
