Job Description

Are you energizing to deliver the maintenance and operation performance in JIA HBW in terms of safety, CI & productivity project with extraordinary pressure and patient ?

Bring your right PDCA logic, conflict negotiation skills, people motivation skills to HBW team and smart coordinator with other department.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Create psych safety and proactively environment in HBW to ensure the growth of team competence and cohesion

  2. Promote and help HBW team to embrace and follow LEGO working culture and value;

  3. Responsible to drive the mitigation of safety risk for maintenance and operation;

  4. Continuously standardize and optimize the operation or maintenance process in order to increase the productivity and efficiency;

  5. Manage the HBW operation and repair shift to secure the BHBW inbound & outbound, PHBW operation without negative impact on moulding, packing, MWH and processing

  6. Engage in the new HBW project and provide effective support;

  7. Implement best practice from other sites and share own within TLG

  8. Support HBW senior maintenance manager in crucial tasks (GMEP,TPM, MMS, projects)

  9. Responsible for compliance with the working procedure and safety

Do you have what it takes?

  • College education, higher is an advantage

  • Min. 8 years production management or other experience

  • Good communication skills when conflict and have team work spirit, accountability

  • Have actively personality

  • Have basic knowledge or skills with TPM and maintenance

  • Experience with SAP

  • Safety or project experience

  • Prefer to have communication both in English and Mandarin
