Description

AR Collection Management Support including dispute resolution

• Perform AR collection tasks including:

o SOA preparation

o Collection of customer payment detail documents, Tracking and solving the payment term discrepancies

o Customer cashflow/ AR forecast

o AR Dispute follow up and resolution

o Processing for bad debit write off when needed

o Regular analysis and proposal on cash flow improvement

o Develop, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including and not limited to customers, commercial, BUF, customer service team, tax

Financial Reporting:

• Preparation of AR aging report, Bad debt reserve reportspecific and general,

General Reserve Assessment report, CECL report, Negative AR reclassification report,

DSO report, Annual Credit Tolerance Assessment, and AR forecast reportsetc.

Continuous Improvement of ITC Process

• Participate and support Asia Pacific ITC continuous improvement projects which with key objective of automation, or process streamline

Other AR related Work:

• Maintain required documentation and filing to satisfy internal and external audit requirements.

• Assist in audit and legal compliance as required

• AR review and other ad hoc Local support

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• University degrees in business or finance.

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in AR, Finance, Collection and Credit Management.

• Fluent in English

• Fluent in Japanese and Korea language is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to maintain the good relationship with the stakeholders in Asia and globally.

• Ability to work individually and in a team-oriented environment.

• A can-do attitude and ability to work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

• Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
